Fee Refund Policy

All fees paid towards admission, registration, tuition, study materials, test series, or any academic program at Resonance Samastipur are subject to the institute's policies and terms.

Fees once paid are generally non-refundable and non-transferable.

Important Points

• Students and parents are requested to carefully verify the course name, fee amount, academic session, personal details, and other relevant information before making any payment.
• Admission confirmation is considered complete only after successful fee payment and document verification, wherever applicable.
• Requests for cancellation after admission confirmation may be considered only under exceptional circumstances and solely at the discretion of the institute management.
• Any approved refund, if applicable, will be processed as per the institute's internal policies and may be subject to administrative charges.
• Study material charges, registration fees, examination fees, and other service charges are generally non-refundable.

Duplicate Payments

In the event of a duplicate payment due to a technical issue or user error, students/parents should immediately notify the institute with the transaction details.

After verification, any excess amount received may be adjusted against future fees or refunded, subject to management approval.

Payment Failure

If a payment fails but the amount is deducted from your bank account, the amount is generally reversed automatically by the bank or payment gateway within 5–7 working days.

If the amount is not credited back within the specified period, please contact your bank first and then reach out to our support team with the transaction details.

Course Cancellation by Institute

Resonance Samastipur reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or modify any course, batch, or program due to unforeseen circumstances, administrative reasons, or insufficient enrollment. In such cases, the institute may provide an alternative batch, adjustment, or refund as deemed appropriate.
